ReHarmony CrystaNexus® is a revolutionary two-component penetrating crystalline waterproofing system developed with cutting-edge inorganic nanotechnology. Through the synergistic reaction of its A and B components, it deeply penetrates the concrete substrate to grow insoluble, dendritic crystalline structures that become an integral part of the structure itself. This process builds a durable, breathable waterproof barrier from within.

Its unique active agents provide the capability to self-heal micro-cracks upon contact with water, offering a high-performance structural waterproofing solution for professionals and asset owners who demand superior durability and long-term value.

• Theoretical Coverage: 3~4 m²/L (one coat)

• Mixing & Application:

  1. Slowly add Component B to Component A (mass ratio 1:1) while mixing with a mechanical stirrer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.

  2. Allow the mixture to stand for an induction period of 3-5 minutes before application.

  3. The mixed material has a pot life of 1 hour and must be used within this timeframe.

  4. Application via a stiff-bristled brush or specialized spray equipment is recommended. Apply two coats in a crisscross pattern (first coat horizontally, second coat vertically).

• Dilution Method:

  1. After mixing Component A and B at a 1:1 mass ratio

  2. Up to 15-20% clean water can be added to achieve desired application consistency.

  3. Stir thoroughly again after dilution.

• Drying Time (25°C, 50% RH): 2~4 hours at room temperature

• Recoat Time (25°C, 50% RH): 4~6 hours

• Shelf Life: 12 months

• Recommended Coating System:

  1. This product is a self-contained system applied directly to the concrete substrate; no additional primer is required.

  2. Top Coat: 2 coats of ReHarmony CrystaNexus® Penetrating Crystalline Waterproofing Coating.

Surface Preparation Technical Requirements

• The substrate must be firm, clean, and free from grease, dust, and loose materials.

• Before application, the substrate must be thoroughly saturated with water to a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition, with no standing water present.

Safety & Environmental Notes:

• Compliance with China National Regulation GB18582 "indoor decorating and refurbishing materials limit of harmful substances of interior architectural coatings".

• Ensure adequate ventilation within the designated area, open all the doors and windows before and during painting.

• Always wear protective gear. Keep children and pets away from the designated area and keep paint out of reach of children and pets. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.

• Use sand and soil cover leaking paint well. Do not throw paint into drains or watercourses.

• Dispose of leftover paint and packaging in accordance with local Government Regulations.
