Surface Preparation

  • Before beginning any application, it is essential to thoroughly clean the surface to be coated by removing oil, dust, rust, and other impurities. The surface must be clean, dry, and smooth. Uneven surfaces should be sanded or repaired to ensure proper adhesion of the coating.

Substrate Requirements

  • For metal substrates, it is advisable to perform rust removal and anti-corrosion treatments, such as applying a layer of anti-rust primer. For concrete or wall surfaces, ensure that the moisture content is below 10% and the pH level is between 7 and 9. Failure to meet these conditions may affect the adhesion and insulating properties of the coating.
